The property is situated at the far end of a residential street, ensuring complete tranquility amidst the natural surroundings which extend to the sea in the west. Once you step inside the house, you'll be enveloped in a world where the sea holds paramount significance. A brief stroll southwards will lead you to a variety of shopping outlets, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options. In contrast, heading northwards will reveal lush forests and stunning sandy beaches.
Hygge and views
In our home, it's the terrace and the breathtaking sea views that capture our attention. While we do venture out to explore the island, our constant source of delight is the dinners we have on the terrace. Here, we take pleasure in savoring Bornholm's locally sourced delights along with a fine bottle of wine. We can spend endless hours relishing the food and the endlessly shifting sea vista.
The southern sea view presents a timeless harbor setting with ferries arriving and departing, accompanied by numerous yachts and fishing boats. Along the shoreline, the outlines of large wind turbines destined for the Baltic Sea's wind farms can be observed in the harbor. Directly to the west lies an expanse of boundless sea, while to the north, a reef interrupts the waves, giving way to white sandy beaches and lush forests.
Private seaside
If you're up for a refreshing dip, as mentioned, the property ends at the sea. From the summer house, you only need to walk 10-15 meters down a natural path to reach the waves. It is a pebble beach.
